Newborn Photography

There are so many ways to photograph your new baby, but I’m biased – I love a simple, natural approach. While many popular poses are adorable, I believe the most timeless photos will be those of your baby looking comfortable and happy.

It’s a cliche that babies “grow up so fast,” but it’s true — they won’t be quite so small and helpless again. It’s so important to remember this early time, and the best way to do that is with a newborn lifestyle photography session. Despite the difficulty of those early months, you’ll want to remember what it was like when your baby was so tiny, helpless, and new.

A “newborn” session doesn’t have to be right after the baby is born, either: I consider a newborn session anything up to three months old. My newborn photography package is so easy to arrange: all you need to do is be prepared to spend some time enjoying your new baby, and I’ll take care of the rest. A handmade album, matted prints, and custom designed birth announcements are included in every package.
